DEBORAH STEWART INC.

After 15 years working in public practice, Deborah has gained extensive experience across a wide range of businesses including incorporated professionals, retail, construction, and investment holding corporations.

 

Deborah came to accounting through an unconventional path; first completing her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from UBC and then taking professional culinary arts and pastry programs.  A review of an accounting textbook sparked Deborah’s interest and she entered the CGA program shortly after.  Deborah received her designation in 2010, graduating in the top 10 of her BC CGA class.  Her favourite aspects of accounting, and public practice especially, are the variety it offers and the opportunity to help businesses and individuals focus on what they do best.

 

When not working, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
